This is my tutorial setting YIntai,i hope  this tutorial easily to use YIntai.
1. sign in YIntai with you yahoo id
    open YIntai-file-sign in-write you yahoo id and password
   
 

2.  Click file-preferences to setting Yintai
      in my setting,victim will displayed who is online webcam refresh every 5 min,here my setting
    

now here when i use YIntai,look this image bellow,this image displayed when who is online and offline victim

you can add their Yahoo id just click add and enter id,or if you have .yiu file just import
open YIntai-file-import-your file .yiu or .yiux
